Destiny 2

Destiny 2 guide — power and artifact

Destiny 2 rewards players who treat a session as a plan, not a highlight reel. This page focuses on power and artifact so you can spend the next hour improving one habit instead of copying a random loadout. The notes below stay practical: what to do first, what to ignore, and how other players usually punish mistakes.

Destiny 2 still from IGN coverage

Power and artifact

Destiny is a seasonal loop. Artifact mods and the current artifact column matter more than a year-old YouTube build. That is the difference between a clean Destiny 2 session and a reset.

Champions still exist. Bring the right stun.

Raids and dungeons

Learn the mechanic, then the DPS phase. Wipes are usually a missed call, not a DPS check.

Loadouts

Save a loadout per activity. Swapping mid-strike wastes time.

A simple Destiny 2 checklist

Before you queue: know the mode, the map or biome, and the kit you can afford to lose. Destiny 2 punishes hero loadouts more often than it punishes slow play.

After you die: write one sentence about the mistake. If the sentence is “I got unlucky,” you are not learning the game yet.
